Overview/description




Virtual worlds is about 3D worlds and they can damage the children's brains. Virtual worlds can also get you to talk to people you don't know and that can get you in trouble.

Virtual worlds can damage the learning of children brains . 3D virtual worlds can steal your idenity. Digital natives demand a more active approach to learning. Moreover the a coation and asessment of competencies rather then the more transmission is becomeing more relvant the knowledge society. 3D virtual worlds can also get you to talk to people you don't know they tell you that they are say 13 and they might not be 13 they my be 40 years old so you don't really talk to anyone you don't know and you should be on virtual worlds. 3D virtual worlds are a promising environment to meet both of these requirements. The learning process in traditional learning virtual worlds for learning althought the expectation are high and posibilites opened immense. My area of awareness ( virtual worlds ) is connected to my core competency area( social ) is that you don't want to talk to someone on the internet. You don't want to tell them where you live, how old you are, and you do not want to tell anyone your whole name. [1]
